Position Overview
We are looking for a licensed, highly motivated therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
Primary Responsibilities
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based, solution-oriented modalities.
• Perform comprehensive client assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Engage in regular team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Stay current with research, best practices, and developments in the mental health field.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards set forth by Texas licensure regulations.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Texas license as one of the following:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Additional qualifications include:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organizational abilities.
• A genuine passion for helping clients experience healing and personal growth.
